Remarks:

• All rates and taxes are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) per room per night, inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% value added tax and 1% provincial government tax.

• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 persons.

• Extra bed for the third person (above 12 years old) is 1,500 Baht/Person/Night including breakfast.

• Family & Child Policy:
   - Maximum of 2 children under 12 years stay free using existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.
   - Children below the age of 2 years receive a complimentary breakfast buffet.
   - Children below 12 years old receive a 50% discount on meal rates.

• Maximum occupancy in room:
   - Superior Garden = 2 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child below 12, existing bedding
   - Superior Jacuzzi = 2 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child below 12, existing bedding
   - Deluxe Jacuzzi = 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children, 2^nd child below 12, existing bedding
   - Royal Jacuzzi = 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children, 2^nd child below 12, existing bedding

• Arrival/Departure: (All times are local, Thailand Times)
   - Check-in time is 14.00 hrs and check-out time is at 12 noon.
   - Day charge, early check in (before 14.00 hrs), late check out (up to 18.00 hrs) are subject to a charge of 50% of existing rate and subject to room/villa availability.
   - Full rate will be charged for checkouts after 18.00 hrs and it will be considered as an extra night.

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
    All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
      - 20 days prior to arrival date during Period of Now - 19 Dec 10 or 11 Jan 11 - 30 Apr 11. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
      - 30 days prior to arrival date during Period of 20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
      - 20 days prior to arrival date during Period of 01 May 11 - 31 Oct 11. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
      - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
      - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

• No Show: Full charge

• Full Prepayment within 40 days prior to arrival date. Payment by visa/master card is accepted with 3.5% service charge.
