reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per
room.
- 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season (21 Dec
10 - 10 Jan 11). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge
full prepayment room rate per room.
- 25 days prior to arrival date for Summer Season (16
Apr 10 - 31 Oct 10 & 16 Apr 11 - 31 Oct 11). Otherwise, we
reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per
room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email,
we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service
fee charged is non-refundable in all cases. •
