• All Above rates are inclusive of ABF. All rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% tax
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Extra Bed Adult 1,000 Baht, Child 600 Baht Rollaway Bed, Baby cot Free of charge
• No room charge for child under 12 years old sharing with parent's room maximum 2 children per room (breakfast are exclude).
• Meal Rates : excluded softdrinks, beer or any alcoholic beverages
  - ABF : Adult 350 THB, Child 3-12 years 175 THB
  - Lunch (Set) : Adult 400 THB, Child 3-12 years 200 THB
  - Dinner (Set) : Adult 500 THB, Child 3-12 years 250 THB
• Transfer Krabi Airport: 1,000 Bht/way/car.
• Transfer Phuket Airport: 2,500 Bht/way/car.
• Period of Occupancy :
  Rooms will normally be available after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is at 12.00 noon rooms used between 12.00 noon to 6.00 p.m. will be charged at 50% of day. Room used beyond 6 p.m. total payment will be charged.
• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
  - Green Season : 8 days prior arrival date
  - High Season : 26 days prior arrival date
  - Peak Season : 35 days prior arrival date
  - After that, Total Payment will be charged.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
