Terms & Conditions:

• These rates are inclusive of breakfast, hotel service charge and government tax.
• Family Suite can be accommodated for 2 Adults + 2 Children (3-12 years) or 3 adults + 1 Child (3-12 years)
• Family plan :
  - Children under 3 years sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding are free of charge.
  - Child compulsory ABF @ 150 Baht/day.
  - Baby cot available upon request, free of charge.
  - Child 3 up to 12 years old , the extra bed 50 % price included ABF
  - Infant up to 3 years old stays free in baby cot.
• Bungalow : for staying a maximum of 2+1 only
• Compulsory Gala Dinner :
  - New Year 31 Dec 11 : Adult @ 2,800 , Child @ 1,400
• Transfer (one way): Maximum 4 Pax
  - Krabi A/P to hotel : 800 Baht/way/van
  - Phuket A/P to hotel : 3,000 Baht/way/van
  - Phuket hotel to hotel : 3,000 Baht /way/van

- Child 3-12 years 50% charge.
• Meal rates :
  - Breakfast : Adult @ 300 , Child @ 150
  - Lunch : Adult @ 400 , Child @ 200
  - Dinner : Adult @ 500 , Child @ 250
• Cancellation Policy:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
  - Cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival date, cancellation after that is non refundable..
  - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
• No Show Full Charge
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
