Check-in time: It is 14.00 hours, an overnight
rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 14.00
hours. Check-out time : It is 12.00 noon on the day of
departure. Late check out is subject to availability on the
day of check-out and the following charge maybe appiled:
prior to 18.00 hours - 50% room rates and thereafter a full
nightly charge.

7 days befor arrival 100% of total room charge.
14 days befor arrival 50% of total room charge .
20 days befor arrival one night of total room

High season (01 Nov - 19 Dec & 11 Jan - 15 Apr )
8 days befor arrival 100% of total room charge.
12 days befor arrival 2 night of total room charge .
19 days befor arrival one night of total room

No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7%
of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we
reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee
of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all
cases.
No refund for Early Check Out & No Show (failure
to arrive)
