Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 14
days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a
right to charge as Follows:
* Low Season 1 night charge.
* High Season 2 nights charge.
* Peak Season full amount charge.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation
email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee
charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show:
total payment will be charged.
During peak
season, any cancellation made 14 days before arrival
date, 5 night charge will be applied, otherwise, the
full amount of the total cost of stay will be imposed.
