To guarantee reservation, pre-payment within 25 days prior to check-in is required for
Peak Season.

cancellation or
amendment must be made in

notice or email to us with

acknowledgement

14 days for low
Season, 21 days for high season and 35 days for peak season, otherwise the
resort will charge 100%.
Non-refundable in case of
late check-in, early check out and no show guest.
Credit cards accepted
only Visa/Master e.g. plus 3.5% bank charge.
Confirmed rooms will usually
available of occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of
arrival. Check out time is 12.00 non. Rooms used from 12.00
noon to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at
50% of the contract rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m.
will be charged at the full rate unless specifically
specified otherwise in writting.
