Full Prepayment before arrival: within 15 days prior to the planned arrival date otherwise the booking company will be charged a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation times the total number of rooms.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:
Any cancellation must be sent in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 20 days prior to arrival date, otherwise one-night room rate will be charged.
 
In case of no show, total payment will be charged.

Private tranfer from Samui Airport to hotel (oneway)  - 600 Bht (max 5 persons)

Meal Rates
Compulsory New Year Party on 31 Dec '10   : 1,500/Pax, child under 12 years 750 Baht/person.

Child Policy
No charge for one child under 12 years old sharing bed with parents (rooom only).
However, an extra bed will be required for two children under 12 years old sharing same room with parents.
Breakfast for children will be offered at 50% adult price
