tiny room at the beach. Being a nine villa property means Montra is able to
offer a more personal touch with staff knowing you by name and learning your
preferences whilst still respecting your privacy.
Our nine luxurious villas are situated in lush tropical gardens dominated
by an elegant swimming pool. All villas are 63 square meters and offer a
master bedroom with a high ceiling, top quality bed and linens; the living
room comes equipped with all the modern amenities; the 14 square meters
bathroom offers both an open shower and a bathtub designed with twin
headrests for two and double sinks.

Cancellation Policy: any cancellation must be made in
written notice or email to us with

acknowledgement within:
- less than 28 days prior to arrival date during Peak Season, full
payment of the total room accommodation is applied.
- less than 21 days prior to arrival date during High Season, one night
fee is applied.
- less then 14 days prior to arrival date during Low Season, one night
fee is applied. No Show 100% of total room will charged.
