Our quiet hillside location, one kilometre from Lamai Beach , allows us to
give you holiday lodgings in a beautiful villa for a price better than the
tiny room at the beach. Being a nine villa property means Montra is able to
offer a more personal touch with staff knowing you by name and learning your
preferences whilst still respecting your privacy.
Our nine luxurious villas are situated in lush tropical gardens dominated
by an elegant swimming pool. All villas are 63 square meters and offer a
master bedroom with a high ceiling, top quality bed and linens; the living
room comes equipped with all the modern amenities; the 14 square meters
bathroom offers both an open shower and a bathtub designed with twin
headrests for two and double sinks.

- Child under 4-12 years is sharing accommodation with parent and
breakfast compulsory is at 350 THB/day.
- Child 13 years and above is considered as adult and pay sofa/Extra
foldout bed is at 1,000 THB/person/day with daily breakfast.
- Complimentary baby cot for child under 2 years old.
- Every child must be registered in the booking.
Cancellation Policy: any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with
our acknowledgement within 25 days prior to arrival date.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge:
- Full charged for peak season.
- One night charged for high/low season.. No Show 50% of total room will charged.
