cancellation

amendment
must be
made in
written
notice
or email
to us
with our
acknowledgement
within

days
peak ,
high
seasons
and 25
days
during
low
seasons
prior to
the
group’s/
FIT’
scheduled
arrival.
In the
event
that
this
written
notice
is not
received
within
the time
limit
stated
and in
the
event
that
there is
no show
from the
group/FIT
the
deposit
will be
forfeited
automatically
or a no
show
charge
will be
applied
of 1
night.
2. If
you wish
to
cancel
your
booking
before
the
cancellation
due date
specified
in the
confirmation
email,
we apply
a
cancellation
fee of
up to
1,000
Baht.
3. For
any
Cancellation
/
Amendment
, 3.5%
service
fee
charged
is
non-refundable
in all
cases.
