Payment Policy: full prepayment
within 40 days for high season and 30 days for other seasons. Credit
card guarantee upon booking date. Payment shall be deducted
within 30-45 days prior to arrival date. We accept visa/master
card, plus 3.5% bank charge.
Cancellation and no show charge:
Any cancellation/amendment must be made inwrittennotice
with ouracknowledgementor email to us: - No cancellation non refundable on Peak season and Full moon festival
period. - Before 15 for low season, 25 days for high season and
45 days for peak
season before arrival date - No show automatic charge total payment.
