Remark:

• The above rates are nett inclusive Service Charge, VAT and ABF.

• Extra beds included ABF will be charged at Baht 2,000 nett/bed/night.

• Minimum lenght of stay for period, Dec. 24, 2004 to Jan. 10, 2005, (inclusive) : 07 consecutive nights per booking.

• For the in-house guests privilages, please refer to the addendum. The codes must be indicated on the reservation enquiries so that the appropriate arrangements will be extended.

Compulsory Gala Dinner :

• Dec. 24, 04 (Christmas Eve) at Baht 2,000/adult and Baht 1,250/child.

• Dec. 31, 04 (New Year Eve) at Baht 3,000/adult and Baht 2,000/child (04-12 years).

• Compusory (Christmas and New Year Eve) Dinners are required for guests who occupied during the Peak Seasons.

Honeymooners' Offer : All honeymooners will receive

• Guaranteed Double bed room.

• Honeymoon welcome drink.

• A bottle of sparking wine.

• Polo shirt and sarong in villa. [only polo shirt for guest stay in Deluxe room]

• Late check out until 18.00 hr. (subject to space availability)

Family Offer :

• Meal (buffet) for child below 4 years old is FOC.

• 50% discount on meals for child between 4-12 years old. ABF for child is Baht 250 per child

• Free baby cot.

• One Child using existing bed in villa, FOC. if "extra bed (roll away)" is needed, cost is Baht 2,200 nett/extra bed/night. Payment Policy: full prepayment within 30 days for high season and 20 days for other seasons. Credit card guarantee upon booking date.  Payment shall be deducted within 20-30 days prior to arrival date.  We accept visa/master card, plus 3.5% bank charge. 

• Checking out before period or last minute cancellation will be charged 50% of total amount.
• All cancellation or amendment: must be made in written or email with our acknowledgement within 17 days, otherwise we reserve the right to charge 100%.
• No Show Policy: total payment will be charged.
• Pre-payment deposit : 10 days before arriving date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
