Remark:

Extra Person charge and Child Policy:
- 12 years and above @ 750 THB include buffet breakfast.
- Child under 6-12 years old
accommodation complimentary when sharing a room with adult
maximum 2 child and breakfast is compulsory, complimentary
baby cot can be provided.
Check
in : 02.00 pm. Check
out : 12.00 noon. Late checkout is subject to
availability on the day of checkout and the following
charges will be applied, Prior to 6.00 pm 50% contract rate
and after 6.00 pm is fully nightly charge.
Transfer
: - Samui Airport - Hotel -
Airport: 200/per person per way. (min 2 pax) - Samui Pier - Hotel:
800 Baht/way (max 3 pax).
Reservation
Policy: full prepayment within 15 days prior to
arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted without
additional charge. Confirmation will be given after
payment is done.
Deposit
Requirements: in case of long stay or group
reservation, we shall request 30% deposit guarantee
subject to case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in
written
or email with our acknowledgement
within 10 days for low season
and 18 days for high season. Otherwise 1 room rate will be
charged.
No
Show Policy: total payment will be charged without
refund.
