Check-in
time is 2.00 p.m., Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Room used between 12:00 noon and
6:00 pm, will charged 50% of contract rate. Room used 6:00 pm,
will be charged at the full contract rate. In addition, rooms
for day use up to space available.
Note: Period 20 December - 28 February and 15 July - 14
September (Yearly), room uses between 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm,
will be charged at the full rate.
Unused room are not refundable for early departure, the hotel
has guarantee policy to hold booking until 6.00 p.m. during low
season, and up to space available in high season, otherwise
flight detail is providing.
Child
under 12 years old that sharing with parents room and used
existing bed, compulsory ABF will be charged 50% of adult's
rate. Infant up to 2 year old is Free of charged.
Transfer from Samui Airport : Baht 250/pax/way
Maximum guest allow in room: 3AD, or 2AD+1C, or 3AD+1Inf,
or 2 AD+1C+1Inf.
(AD=Adult, C=Child, Inf=Infant). Maximum number of children
under 12 years sharing existing bed with adult should be only
one.

Cancellation &
No Show Charges:
Cancellation
must be informed to us in
written or
email with our
acknowledgment within 25 days prior to arrival date for
high and peak season and 10 days for the other season.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room.
In
case of no show, is subject to a fully charge.
Reservation Policy:
Full
pre-payment before 10 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card
is accepted with 3.5% bank service charges.
