• Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner (31 Dec 11) at 500 Baht for adult and 280 Baht for child.
• Surcharge at 200 Baht/Room/Night during New Year Eve on 30 Dec 11 to 01 Jan 12 & Songkran Festival from 12 Apr 12 - 15 Apr 12.
• Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Room used from 12.00 to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Room occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
• Cancellation and No show Policy:
   - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 35 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
   - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
   - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  No Show: Full Charge
• Full prepayment within 40 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
