I would like to inform all guests of impending developments at Sunrise Tropical Resort which will affect guests staying at the resort in the near future. The resort will expand its facilities with the addition of a two-storey structure to contain twelve rooms and a Fitness/Spa Centre within the current resort property. The "Arun Burk Fah" Building will increase the resort's capacity to forty rooms and provide an alternative accommodation style, the "Tropical Chalay" room, for guest's selection.

This renovation project will begin work on April 20th, 2008 and is expected to be completed on or before October 31st, 2008. Construction work will be done daily from 8:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. during that time period. This work will produce noise and activity normal for such construction and therefore will affect the atmosphere for guests staying at the resort during the renovation. To avoid any issues, all clients booking rooms at the resort in the time period should be informed of the renovation work.

As a consequence of the above, Sunrise Tropical Resort will adjust rates to account for these effects. Sunrise Tropical Marketing will announce the "Renovate Rates" and provide more details of the "Tropical Chalay" rooms and Fitness/Spa Centre, very soon. I look forward to your understanding during this expansion project and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
