Reservation
Policy:
50% deposit is required upon booking during high and peak seasons.
Full pre-payment before arrival within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5%
bank charge.
Cancellation
Policy:
must be informed in writing with our
acknowledgement within 35 days for peak season (20 Dec - 10 Jan)
and 17 days for 1 Nov - 19 Dec and 11 Jan - 30 Apr, and 10 days for other periods.
Cancellation within the said period and 50% deposit will be refunded.
Less than the said periods, no deposit is refunded.

Show and Early Check-out: total room rate will be
charged i.e. no refund.
