Cancellation
Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Green Season : within 12 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation after that one night will be charged
- High and Peak Season : within 20 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation after that one night will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
