Terms & Conditions :

• All rates are quoted in Thai Bath, inclusive of 10% service charge 7% VAT and included ABF.
• Peak Season : Minimum Stay of 5 nights Required
• Child Policy :
  - Not accept Children below 11 years (01 Nov 09 - 31 Apr 10)
  - Children 11 years need extra bed sharing with 2 adults. Additional charge 1,000 Baht/person
  - Maximum 2 extra persons in each room type entry
• Compulsory Gala Dinner :
  - 24 Dec 09 , Adult 2,000 Baht, Child 1,000 Baht
  - 31 Dec 09 , Adult 2,200 Baht, Child 1,100 Baht
• Transfer Service:
  - There is minimum charge of 600 Baht. Per group from Krabi airport to the resort. Additional of 200 Baht / person is charge for more than 2 passengers per group.
  - there is minimum charge of 3,000 Baht. Per group from Phuket airport to the resort. Additional of 800 Baht / person is charge for more than 2 passengers per group.
• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  * High Season / Peak Season
  - No-show or cancellation 20 days or less before check in date, charged 2 nights stay.
  - Cancellation 20 - 35 days before check in date will be charged 1 night stay.
  - For shortening stay / Amendment (Reduction of number of stay). We reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee that is equivalent to rate for 2 nights for each room cancelled.
  * Low Season
  -  No-show or cancellation 20 days or less before check in dat, charged 1 night stay.
  -  For shortening stay / Amendment (Reduction of number of stay). We reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee that is equivalent to rate for 1 night for each room cancelled.
• Payment Policy::
  Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
