• All room rates are net quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of service charge and exclusive of tax.

• Extra Person:
  - Extra person (with extra bed) Baht 700 / includes B'fast.
  - Extra person (with on bed) Baht 500 / includes B'fast.

• Deluxe with Air condition, open-air shower, each for 2 persons, included breakfast for 2 persons.

• Front Deluxe each room for 2 person, included breakfast  for 2 persons.

• Terrace Dom with Air condition, each for 4 persons, included breakfast for 4 persons.

• Meal Rate
  - Breakfast 220 Baht
  - Lunch 300 - 320 Baht
  - Dinner 300 - 350 Baht
  - Coffee Break 100 - 120 - 150 Baht

• Meeting Room Rate: 
   *** Paruman Bagus: 40 - 100 persons / full day 7,500 baht / Half day 4,500 baht / Karaoke 3,500 baht 
   *** Puri Bagus : 20-40 persons / full day 4,000 baht / Half day 2,800 baht / Karaoke 3,500 baht

• Children : 2-5 years old without extra bed only B'fast 110 baht.

• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed. 

• We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

• Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

• No show: total payment will be charged.

• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

• For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

• No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
