Extra Bed

Terms & Conditions

• All the above rates are in Thai Baht and per room per night, inclusive of 10% service charge, Vat 7%, and daily breakfast.

• The rate is applicable for single or double occupancy.  All room types are specially designed for intimacy for two adults.

• Meal rates:
    - Breakfast   600 
    - Lunch  900
    - Dinner 1,200

• Children policy:
   - Child under 4 years of age is entitled a complimentary extra bed inclusive of breakfast
   - Child over 4 years of age additional charge for extra bed is 1,400 Baht nett inclusive of breakfast
   - Maximum 2 children one under 4 years of age and another one over 4 but not over 12 years of  age join room with parents is allowed.
   - 2 children over 4 years of age join room with parents is not allowed in one room. Unless, accommodate in 2 rooms.
   - Extra bed and baby cot are subject to availability.
   - Maximum 1 extra bed or 1 baby cot in one room.
   - Interconnecting rooms must be requested to the hotel upon reservation and will be confirmed  upon availability.
   - Every child must be mentioned upon reservation.
   - Children 4-12 years of age is entitled to 50% discount of adult meal plan on food only.

• Check in time is 2.00 pm and check out is 12.00 (noon). The hotel is not required to have rooms available before 2:00 pm. To guarantee a room upon early arrival, the room charge of the night prior to the arrival date applies. Late check out is available at an extra charge of 50% of the contracted rate until 6:00 pm. After 6:00 pm an additional night will be charged.

• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed. 

• We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

• Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  - Any cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement before:

• No show: total payment will be charged.
• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
• For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
• No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
