Terms & Conditions:

- All rates are inclusive of government tax and service charge.
- No charge for children under 10 years old sharing the same room with the parents.

-American breakfast 140 Baht
-Lunch 160 Baht
-Thai Set Dinner 250 Baht
-European Set Dinner 300 Baht
-B.B.Q. Dinner 650 Baht
-Coffee Break w/Cookies (Afternoon) 35 Baht
-Soft Drinks & Soda / person 60 Baht
Check-out Time
- Our check-out time is 12:00 noon for any extension from 12:00 p.m. 50% of the above mentioned rates will be charged or any extension after 06:00 p.m. will be charged at full day rate.
Payment Condition
50% deposit and 15 days before arrival. No deposit on the mentioned date, we assume that the booking is not confirmed.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
- We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation:
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 22 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of
total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable
in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
- We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without
prior notice.
- No show, Total Payment will be charged.
