period of Occupancy:
- Confirmed rooms will uausally be for occupancy after 2.00 PM
on the arrival day. Check out time is 12.00 noon. Any room used
from 12.00 pm on the departure day will be charged 50% of the
room rate. Any room occupied beyond 18.00 PM will be charge at
the full rate price.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking
is confirmed.
We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all
terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
Cancellation :

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 37 days
prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at one-night room rate for Low season and 2 nights
charge for High
season per room.(Incl.
service charge
and VAT).
If you wish to
cancel your
booking before
the cancellation
due date
specified in the
confirmation
email, we apply
a cancellation
fee of up to
1,000 Baht.
