Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs Guests
arriving prior to 14:00 hrs will be
accommodated as rooms become available. We
can store their luggage during any check-in
time.

Hotel check-put time is 12:00 noon Rooms
used from 12:00 PM to 6.00 PM on the day of
departure will be charged 50% of the rate.
Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 PM will be
charged at the full rate.
Full
prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
service charge. Without credit card guarantee or
cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
We
reserve the right to change these prices, product
details, all terms and conditions at anytime without
prior notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy: - All cancellation or amendment must be made in
written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within 14 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
least one-night room rate per room.
No show:
total payment will be charged.
If you
wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total
amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the
right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any
“Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all
cases.
No
refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to
arrive).
