Cancellation :

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 14 days
prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room. - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a
cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht. - For any Cancellation/
Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in
all cases.
