- Transportation rates from the airport by air-conditioned
van is 120 Baht net /person /one-way to Imperial Mae Ping,
Eurasia Chiang Mai Hotel and 150 Baht net/person/one-way to
Imperial Chiang Mai Resort & Sport Club.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to change these prices, product
details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior
notice.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written
notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within
-One night charge if cancelled within 10 day prior to
arrival or no-show for Low Seasons period.
-One night charge if cancelled within 19 days prior to
arrival or no-show for High Season period. Otherwise, we
reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room
rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total
payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount
(if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to
charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of
payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to
arrive).
