Terms & Conditions:

• - All rates are include ABF  10% service charge, 7% VAT applicable government tax.
  - Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner 2,500 thb NET per Adults

• - All children under the age of 12 are entitled to 50 % discount on all contracted meal arrangements

•  Extra bed : 1,500 THB per night inclusive of breakfast (in Grand Deluxe Room & Suite noly)

• Guest Privileges
  -Breakfast for 2 persons
  -Tropical welcome drink upon arrival.
  -Complimentary tea & coffee making facilities in the room
  -Complimentary Wireless Internet Access

• Meals

Breakfast	400 THB per person per meal (inclusive)
Lunch	700 THB per person per meal
Dinner	900 THB per person per meal
Children under 12 will be free of charge

• Check - out Time
  Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs (noon). The resort will do its best to have room available for early arrival when notified. Late check out or day use is available   at an extra charge of 50% of the contracted rate for each room category occupied until 18:00 hrs. A full night contract rate will apply for use of the room after 18:00 hrs.

• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  - Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
     Opening & Low Season   : 1 night charged if cancelled within 14 days
     High Season  : 1 night charged if cancelled within 30 days
     Peak Season : 3 night charge if cancelled within 40 days
  - No Show will be 100% charged without refund.

• Payment Policy : Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
