Child Policy:
Allowed one child
under age 12 years staying in the same room with their parents
without extra bed. The meal rates for child is charged at 30%
discount from the rates.
Period of Occupancy:
Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after
14.00 hours on the arrival day. Check out time is 12.00 p.m. Room used
from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be
charged at 50% of the rate. Room occupied
beyond 06.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate,unless
specified in writing by the hotel.
Cancellation and No show Policy :

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written
notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days
prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to
charge at least one-night room rate per room.

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a
cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation/
Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in
all cases.
- No show:
total payment will be charged.

prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit
card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
