• The above rate are inclusive of 7% VAT.
• Extra bed for third person or child under 12 years old include ABF.
• Except room rate on 5 - 7 Dec and in 28 Dec - 2 Jan   
• Meal:
  - Lunch (Thai)     180 Baht.
  - Dinner (Thai)    250 Baht.
  - Lunch Box        100 Baht.
• Reservation Policy:
  All booking requires full prepayment or 50% deposit.  Without any deposit/payment, the booking is not confirmed.
• Cancellation Policy:
  Any cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge the entire payment.
• No Show: Total payment is charged.
• Master and VISA Card charged additional 3.5%.
