up to 3 years old : FOC for room and meal (Sharing with their
parents.
• Child 3-12 Years Old. : Sharing with parent's room and used
existing bed, only ABF. will be charged 150 Baht/person/night.
• Child more than 1 person in room : Shall be automatic charge
an extra bed for 1 child.

prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted
plus 3.5% service charge.

credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

Cancellation & No Show Charges:
1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us
with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 30 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to
100% for One night charge
* High Season : 20 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to
30% for One night charge
* Low Season : 15 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 10%
for One night charge
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation
due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a
cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged
is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
