Cancellation:
All cancellation or amendment must
be made in written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at
least one-night room rate per room.
- Low Season - 1 night charge (Now - 31 Oct 10)
- High Season - 2 nights charge (1 Nov 10 - 24 Dec
10 & 7 Jan 11 - 31 Mar 11)
- Peak Season - Full Amount Charge (25 Dec 10 - 6
Jan 11)
* During
Peak Season, any cancellation made 15 days before
arrival date, 5 night charge will be applied.
Otherwise. the full amount of the total cost of say
will be imposed.
No Show Full
Charge.
Full
prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5%
service charge. Without credit card guarantee or
cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
