We offers, all containing air conditioning ,telephone, refrigerator, television and under the bright summer sun the swimming pool stands out like a cool oasis ready to welcome you in it crystal clear water with pool bar or if our guests would like to enjoy the sea, sand and sun, the nearest beach is a short walk away from our place.

Terms & Conditions:

  • All rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge 7% VAT. and daily breakfast buffet.

  • Family Plan: Child under 12 years not requiring extra bed when occupying same room as parents is F.O.C.

  • Meal Rate: Breakfast
    - Adult 120 Baht
    - Child 80 Baht

  • Compulsory Dinner: ( per person)
    - New Year's Eve on Dec 31, 11 : Adult = 2,000 : Child = 1,000

  • Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

  • Cancellation and No Show Policy
    Cancellation & No Show Charges:
    - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room up to total payment.

    No show: total payment will be charged.

    If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

    For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

    No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
