• Extra bed is not available for Standard room.

• Check in/out : Confirmed rooms will usually be available of occupancy after 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 12.00 a.m. noon to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of room. room occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged 1 night.
• Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
• Cancellation and No Show Policy
  Cancellation & No Show Charges:
  1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
  * Peak Season : 40 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
  * High Season : 20 days prior to the arrival date, 1 night charge.
  * Low Season : 15 days prior to the arrival date, 1 night charge.
  
  2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  No show: total payment will be charged.
  
  - Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 60 days for Peak seasons, 45 days for High season, 30 days for low season.
