Term & Conditions
- Above rates are inclusive of 10%
service charge and 7% Vat. rate per room per night in Thai Baht.
- Extra Bed 1,200 baht per night inclusive of breakfast.
- Meals: Breakfast: 400 Baht/ person/ meal (inclusive)
Lunch: 560 Baht/ person/ meal
Dinner: 960 Baht/ person/ meal
Children under 12 years of age will be free of charge.
- Children's Policy: Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of
charge.
- A maximum of 1 child under 12 years of age can stay free when sharing a
room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding (on room
only). if an extra bed is required a 50% discount is available from
the adult price.
- All Children under the age of 12 are entitled to 50% discount on all
contracted meal arrangements.
- Arrival and departure procedure
- Check in time is 14.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 hrs (noon). The
resort will do its best to have room available at an extra charge of
50% of the rate for each room category occupied untill 18.00 hrs. A
full night rate will apply for use of the room after 18.00 hrs. Guest Privileges

Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted
plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash

Cancellation
and No Show Policy:
1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with
our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 37 days prior to the arrival date, 5 Nights charged
for late Cancellation Fee.
* High Season : 19 days prior to the arrival date, 1 Night charged
for late Cancellation Fee.
* Low Season : 10 days prior to the arrival date, 1 Night charged
for late Cancellation Fee.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due
date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation
fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.

Pool Villas Suite
All the Pool Villa Suite units have
their own garden, swimming pool and parking. The villa can
accommodate up to 6 persons, and makes a perfect holiday home be it
for a family or a small group of friends. The units are fully
equipped for self catering, but for those special nights why not
arrange for one of our chefs to come to your home and cook dinner
for you? Staying in one of the Villa Units you will have a more
private holiday in your own home, yet have access to all the onsite
facilities as if you were staying in a normal hotel.
