• Above room rates are inclusive of breakfast service charge and tax.

• 1,000 Baht for extra person/extra bed breakfast included.

• Meal Rates
  -ABF : Adult 250 Baht Child 125 Baht
  -Lunch : Adult 550 Baht Child 275 Baht
  -Dinner : Adult 650 Baht Child 325 Baht
  -BBQ : Adult 800 Baht Child 400 Baht

• Family Plan : Children under 12 years of age occupying in the same room with parents Extra Bed FOC and breakfast will be charged at 50% discount.

• Compulsory Gala Dinner
  - Christmas for December 24 2011 : Adult 2,500 per/person Child 50%
  - New Year for December 31 2011 : Adult 6,000 per/person Child 50%
  - Christmas Orthodox for January 6 2012 : Adult 3,000 per/person Child 50% 

• All rates are subject to change without notice.net/person/night.

• Room occupancy
  - Confirm rooms shell be available for occupancy after 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out is 12.00 noon. Room used from 12.00 noon to 6.00 p.m. on the departure day will be charged at 50%. Room occupied beyond 6.00 p.m. will be charged at the full.

• Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
  Cancellation and No Show Policy :
  1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
   * Peak Season : 37 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 2 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
   * High Season : 19 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
   * Low Season : 10 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Nigh Charged for late Cancellation Fee.
  2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases. No show: total payment will be charged.
