Cancellation and No Show Policy Cancellation & No Show Charges:

acknowledgement before specified date of each season : * Peak Season : 28 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late
Cancellation Fee. * High Season : 15 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 30% for late
Cancellation Fee. * Green Season : 12 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 10% for late
Cancellation Fee.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to
1,000 Baht. 3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is
non-refundable in all cases. No show: total payment will be charged.
