  • Above rates are inclusive of 10 % service charge and 7 % VAT  (include American Buffet Breakfast).
  • Check- in 14.00 at noon and Check - out 12.00o'clock after 12.00-18.00 o'clock 50% room rate and after 18.00 o'clock charge one night room.
  • Complimentary Policy:
    - Acceptance only weekday and weekend for every 16th rooms will be accommodated (FOC) based on one twin room basis.
    - Swimming pool from 7.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
  • Meal Rates:
    - Breakfast (ABF) 150 Bht
    - Lunch (Buffet 80 pers up) 200.- 280 Bht (Thai Food)
    - Dinner (Buffet 80 pers up) 220 , 280 Bht (Thai Food)
    - Soft drink (40 persons up) 60.-
  • Children Policy
    - Children between 1-4 years or under 90 cm. are F.O.C.
    - Children between 5-10 years old or under 120 cm.will be charged at half-price. (Except only breakfast will be charged 80 Bht)
    - Children between 11 years or above will be charged at the normal price.
  • Check out time at 12 noon, extended check out is subjected to availability of room with an additional charge.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Reservation Policy:
    - 50% deposit upon booking date.
    - the balance 50% will be settled within 15 days prior to arrival date.
    - payment by visa/master card can be done with 3.5% bank charge.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    - Any cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement or email to us within 30 days prior to arrival date.   Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge 100% of total payment.
    - No show: no refund.
