  • Low Season promotion from May - Oct 12 (does not apply to extra bed if requested):
    Stay & pay 3 nights and get 1 free night room only. Compulsory ABF on free night is 380,-/person/day must be paid in advanced.
    Stay & pay 5 nights and get 2 free night room only. Compulsory ABF on free night is 380,-/person/day must be paid in advanced.
  • Compulsary Dinner:
    -    Christmas (24 Dec 11) :2,500 baht/adult , 1,800 baht/child,
    -New year's day(31 Dec 11) : 3,500 baht/adult, 1,800 baht/child.
  • Remark:
     Rates are inclusive 10% Service charge, 7% VAT. and American Breakfast.
    The rate of Extra Bed/3rd person is Bht 1,000 inclusive of daily breakfast.

    Children Policy:
    Child under 12 years sharing parent's room, 1 baby cot free of charge on room only basis, up to a maximum of 1 child per room. 50% discount on breakfast only for child under 12 yrs old. Extra bed will be charged at 1,000 net / night inclusive of daily breakfast.

    Check out time: prior to 12.00 noon     Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

     Cancellation & No Show Charges:

  • Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
         * Peak Season : 40 days prior to the arrival date, 2 Nights for late Cancellation Fee.
         * High Season  : 30 days prior to the arrival date, 1 Nights  for late Cancellation Fee.
         * Low Season   : 20 days prior to the arrival date, 1 Nights  for late Cancellation Fee.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  • For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
