Terms & Conditions:

• All rates quoted are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of service charge 10% and tax 7%. Inclusive of ABF.

• Family Plan:
  Complimentary for child below 12 years sharing room with adults without extra bed room only (For Breakfast we charge per day 250 Baht) Meal for child below 12 will be charged at 50%

• Compulsory Gala Dinner :
    31 Dec 11 3,600 Baht (Children below 12 years 50%)

• Songkran Dinner:
  14 Apr 12 1,500 Baht (Children below 12 years 50%)

• Meal Rates: Thai set menu
     - Lunch    750  Baht
     - Dinner   750  Baht

• Transfers:
       From Bangkok Airport  1,500 Baht per person per way.

• Honeymooners:
       Honeymooners will be upgraded to best possible room, Fruits + Flowers

• Welcome Drink:
       All guests will receive a welcome drink upon arrival

• Check in / Check out Policy:
  - Check in at 2.00 p.m. and Check out at 12.00 p.m. (noon)
  - Late departures after 12.00 p.m. (noon) up to 6.00 p.m. will be charged at 50% or full charge after 6.00 p.m.

• Cancellations and No Show Policy:
  - Confirmed bookings cancelled: Low within 1-2 days and  High within 14-21 days of arrival and no show will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to a minimum of one night.

• Payment Policy:
  - Full payment must be prior to arrival date  Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
