Terms & Conditions:

• Rates in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of 7 % tax, 10 % service charge and American Breakfast.
• Extra bed and Child Policy:
  Extra bed (inclusive of ABF)
• One child under 12 years of age sharing the same room with parents without extra bed is Free of Charge. Breakfast for children aged 5-12 years old is 99 Baht net and Free of Charge (FOC) for children aged under 5.
• Payment Policy: Full prepayment
• Cancellation Policy and No Show
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
