Terms & Conditions:

• Rates in Thai Baht per room per night and inclusive of 7 % tax, 10 % service charge and American Breakfast.
• Extra bed and Child Policy for the period now till 31st Oct'2010:
  Extra bed (inclusive of ABF) is 1,000 Baht per night (Maximum of 3 people with 1 extra bed per room). Breakfast for children under the age of 3 years is free of charge. Children under the age of 12 years receive a 50% off of meal contracted and published rates.
• Extra bed and Child Policy for the period 01 Nov '10 till 31st Oct '2011:
  No Extra Bed or Rollaway provides in all Room Types. There is no charge for child age 12 years of below, if sharing a room with
  adult (s) in existing bedding. Breakfast will be charged at 250 THB/child. Other Meals at 50% discount from contract. (Up to a maximum 1 Child per 1 room).
• The maximum occupancy is 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age)  registered guests per room. Triple supplement will apply for extra person 12 years of age and above occupying the same room.
• Meal Rates:

  The meal rates defined exclude soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverages.

• Check in time is 2.00 p.m. an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check in before 12.00 (noon)
  Check out time is 12.00 (noon) on the day do departure. Late check out is subject to availability on the day of check out and the following charges may apply : prior to 6.00 p.m. 50% room rates and thereafter a fully night.
• Early Check out Unused room nights are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given to the  Hotel at least 2 days prior to arrival.
• Payment Policy: Full prepayment
• Cancellation Policy and No Show
  a late cancellation charge will be applied
