There is no space in the villas to accommodate an extra bed. We suggest booking a second room.

National Park Fee for the Hat Chao Mai national Park:
THB 200 per adult and THB 100 per Child (under 12 years of age)

Children's Policy
Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of charge. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge with breakfast (max 1 child per room). Children under 12 years sharing room with their parents are entitled to 50% discount on all meal rates.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations must be made in written notice or email to us before arrival date within:
- 60 days for peak season;
- 25 days for high season; and
- 14 days for low season.
Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment for high and peak seasons and 1-night room rate for low season.

No Show: Full Charge

Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Master and VISA Card charged additional 3.5%.

Minimum Stay: A minimum of 5 nights stay is required for all Bookings during Peak Season (20 Dec 10 - 15 Jan 11).

Arrival and Departure Procedure:
Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs (noon). The resort will do its best to have room available for early arrival when notified. Late check out or day use is available at an extra charge of 50% of the rate for each room category occupied until 18:00 hrs. A full night rate will apply for use of the room after 18:00 hrs.
Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
     - 25 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
     - 40 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least two nights room rate per room.
     - 60 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least five nights room rate per room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No Show: Full Charge
Full prepayment within 40 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit. No booking is confirmed.
