• Rates are in Thai-Baht, inclusive of Breakfast ( good for two person only), Service Charge and Tax.
• Check in time is after 13.00 pm.  Check out time is 10.00 am.
• Child under 12 years old and staying with parents without an additional bed.
  Child under 3 years of age free charge for breakfast but child 4 to 12 years of age will be charge 200 baht.
• Cancellation Policy: must inform within 60 days for peak season, 45 days high season and 30 days for green season.  Otherwise, 50% of total payment will be charged. No show and any cancellation within 2 days (48 hours), total payment will be charged.
• Reservation Policy: full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
• Charge" will be imposed for every confirmed booking made.
• Early check Out: No refund
• Compulsory Dinner:
  - 24 Dec 09 Christmas Eve: 1,500 Bht/adult, child under 12 years of age 1,000 Bht/child and 3 years old below free of charge.
  - 31 Dec 09 New Year Eve: 1,500 Bht/adult, child under 12 years of age 1,000 Bht/child and 3 years old below free of charge.
