Policies: Any cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement before arrival date
within - 20 days for High Season prior to arrival date. - 35 days for Peak Season prior to arrival date. - 12 days for
Green Season prior to arrival date. Failure to do so, we reserve
a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room. - If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation
email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000
Baht. - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable
in all cases.
