Cancellation/Amendment
Policies: Any cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement before arrival date
within - 30 days for High Season (01 Nov 09 - 19 Dec 09 & 11 Jan 10 - 30 Apr 10) prior to arrival date. -
60 days for Peak Season (20 Dec 09 - 10 Jan 10) prior to arrival date. -
20 days for Green Season (Now - 31 Oct 09, 01 May 10 - 31 May 10, 01 Oct
10 - 31 Oct 10) prior to arrival date. Failure to do so, we
reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per
room.
