In Pre and End Season,
High and Peak Season, power supply 24 hours. In Green Season,
power supply only in the night time. No air-con room is available
during the green season. |

Cancellation/Amendment
Policies:

Any cancellation/amendment must be made in
advance by written notice
with our acknowledgement or email to us
within 35 days prior to the check-in date in Peak Season, 25 days
prior to the check-in
date in High Season,
15 days
prior to the check-in
date in Low Season. Failure to cancellation in time, there is at
least 2 nights room rate or 50% of total payment charge. Cancellation in time is subject to 10% charge.
- In case of
refund, we'll deduct off 20% from the deposit cost for tax and
bank's fee. |
