bullet The above prices are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons, tax and service charge.
bullet Single or Double is the same price. Baby cot is free of charge Max 2 children in 1 paying bungalow.
bullet The third person or children 8 years up will be chrged an extra bed price.
bullet Child 4-7 years sharing existing bed with parent is free of charge except paying breakfast at 175 Baht /day. Child below 4 years old is free of charge.
bullet Check out Time is 11:00 a.m. and Check in Time is 14:00 p.m.
bullet Late check out after 17.00 p.m. = 1 night full rate charge. Check out after time is subject to 10% of room rate charge per hour.
bullet Meal Rates: Breakfast = 220 Baht, Lunch = 350 Baht, Dinner = 450 Baht.
bullet Compulsory Gala Dinner : Child from infant to 7 years old is free of charge.
Christmas Eve (Dec 24) @ 1,200 Bht per adult and 900 Bht / child (aged 8 - 12 yrs old)
New year Eve (Dec 31) @ 1,500 Bht per adult and 1,125 Bht / child (aged 8 - 12 yrs old). 
bullet Electricity supply: In Pre and End Season, High and Peak Season, power supply 24 hours. In Green Season, power supply only in the night time. No air-con room is available during the green season.
bullet Bus & boat Transfer:
- From Trang Town to Kuan Tung Ku Pier and to Koh Mook = 600 Baht / pax / oneway
- Only Bus = 250 Baht / pax / oneway
- Only Boat = 350 Baht / pax / oneway
- Child 4 - 7 years pays 50% = 300 and 8 - 12 years pay 75% = 450 Baht / pax / oneway
bullet Reservation Policy: Full payment only. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
bullet Cancellation/Amendment Policies:

Any cancellation/amendment must be made in advance by written notice with our acknowledgement or email to us within 35 days prior to the check-in date in Peak Season, 25 days prior to the check-in date in High Season, 15 days prior to the check-in date in Low Season. Failure to cancellation in time, there is at least 2 nights room rate or 50% of total payment charge. Cancellation in time is subject to 10% charge.
- In case of refund, we'll deduct off 20% from the deposit cost for tax and bank's fee.
bullet No Show: no refund, full payment will be charged.
