bullet Bus & boat Transfer:
- From Trang Town to Kuan Tung Ku Pier and to Koh Mook = 650 Baht/Pax/One way.
- Only Bus = 250 Baht/Pax/One way.
- Only Boat = 500 Baht/Pax/One way.
- Child 4 - 7 years pays 50% and 8 - 12 years pay 75% /Pax/One way.
bullet Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
bullet Cancellation and No show Policy:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
     - 40 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
      - 30 days prior to arrival date for High Season and Pre & End Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
     - 20 days prior to arrival date for Green Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
