Conditions:
      1. This promotion is effective for advanced booking.
      2. This promotion is effective for all kinds of room.
       3. Early departure on free nights is non-refundable.
      4. Maximum 4 free nights per stay.
       5. Breakfast is not included on free night. Breakfast added is 200 Baht/Person/Night.
      6. Extra bed is still charged as normal rate for free nights (600 Baht/Night).
       7. Free nights offer cannot be used with other offers or packages.

  • The above rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive of 7% VAT, Breakfast, no service charged.
  • Rate is subjected to change without prior notice.
  • Special Note: During 20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11
      - 5 nights stay is required as minimum for the regular rate if not, 10% will be charged to the regular rate.
      - Checking in and/or checking out on 31 Dec 10 and 01 Jan 11 booking will not be accepted.
      - Compulsory X' Mas's Eve Dinner (24 Dec 10) and New Year's Eve Dinner (31 Dec 10)

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
      - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
          - 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season (20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment (max. 5 nights) room rate per room.
          - 30 days prior to arrival date for other period. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least 2 nights room rate per room.
      - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
      - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
    No Show: Full Charge (Guest not checking in within 17.00 pm. of arrival date with no inform)
  • Early Check-Out:
      - For 1 or 2 nights of the remaining booking: Non refundable
      - For 3 nights or upward remaining booking: 2 nights of accommodation are non-refundable
      - During 20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11: 100% of the total amount (max. 5 nights) of remaining date is non-refundable
  • Full prepayment within 40 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
