beach tractor to carry supplys. All travelling is done either by walking or

Cancellation
and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email
to us with our acknowledgement within
- 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season
(20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full
prepayment (max. 5 nights) room rate per room.
- 30 days prior to arrival date for other period.
Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least 2 nights room rate per
room.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date
specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up
to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable
in all cases. No Show: Full Charge (Guest not checking in within 17.00 pm. of
arrival date with no inform)
Early
Check-Out:
- For 1 or 2
nights of the remaining booking: Non refundable
- For 3 nights or upward remaining booking: 2 nights of
accommodation are non-refundable
- During 20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11: 100% of the total
amount (max. 5 nights) of remaining date is
non-refundable
Full prepayment within 40 days prior to arrival
date.
Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
