unforgettable scenery of a white-sandy beach and crystal clear sea water.
You can also enjoy this treasure island for a whole year round.
Koh Ngai has no cars, no bikes, no roads, only 1 small
beach tractor to carry supplys. All travelling is done either by walking or
getting a boat from one beach to another.

- Child age 3-7 yrs old : sharing bed with parents, breakfast added 200
B/night. If sofa bed set up is required, extra person cost will be
applied.
- Child under 3 yrs old sharing bed with parents stay free, breakfast is
FOC. Baby cot available for rent at 100 B/night
- Family Plan : for family with 2 chidren under 8 yrs - The elder child
will be charged as extra person, and younger child sharing bed with
parents, breakfast added 200 B/night
Transfer Service : - Depends on requested date ; transfer service will be automatically
switched to organized as sharing transfer when there are at least 5
guests (adult). Guest who paid for private transfer in advance will get
the over-payment back at the resort.

Cancellation
Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in
written notice or email to us with our
acknowledgement within 35 Days - 2 nights of accommodation are non-refundable. - During 20 Dec - 10 Jan : 100% of accommodation is non-refundable. - If you wish to cancel your booking before the
cancellation due date specified in the confirmation
email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000
Baht. - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable
in all cases.
Late
Arrival : Late arrival informed/not informed after
final payment will be accounted as original booking. No Show: Full Charge (Guest not checking in within 17.00 pm. of
arrival date with no inform)
Early
Check-Out:
- For 1 or 2
nights of the remaining booking: Non refundable - For 3 nights or upward remaining booking: 2 nights of
accommodation are non-refundable - During 20 Dec

100% of accommodation
