Children's Policy
- Age 0 - 5.99 years are
complimentary, maximum 2 children included bedding and
breakfast, 1st child on existing sofa bed and 2nd child on extra
bed.
- Age 6 - 13.99 years are chargeable at 750 THB per night, max 2
children included bedding and breakfast, 1 st child on existing
sofa bed and 2nd child one extra bed.
Non Arrival Policy (No Show)
In the event of guest non-arrival, we charge a fee
equal to the full length of stay.
Arrival And Departure
Procedure
Check in time is 15.00 hrs and check out time is 11.00 hrs 1.
The resort will do its best to have room available for early
arrival when notified.
Visa and Master is accepted to guarantee the room reservation.
Anyhow, full-prepayment will be settled from the given card within
20-50 days before arrival date. No show and early check-out,
total payment will be non-refundable.
During periods of high occupancy, we
may request a deposit of a minimum one-night rate to secure the
booking.
Cancellation Policy: We shall deduct from the given card: Peak Season
Within 50 days prior to arrival date with no fee.
49-31 days prior to arrival date = 50% charge off the initial
booking
30-15 days prior to arrival date = 80% charge off the initial
booking
15 - 1 days prior to arrival date = 100% charge off the initial
booking
High and Shoulder Season
Within 31 days prior to arrival date with no fee
30-15 days prior to arrival date = 50% charge off the initial
