	Check-in time is 12:00 noon, Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departures. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check out prior to 6:00 pm. at full.

	Transfer: Baht 200 baht  per person for one way with in Samui

Cancellation & No Show Charges:

	Cancellation must be made before 5 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged.
	In case of no show, the first night rate of the period will be charged.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment  prior to arrival date within 15 days for low season, 31 days for high season and 40 days for peak season. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
